Genuine

Not truth. Not fact. But sincerity.

The work emerges from a space beyond the dominant rhythms of our time — a space at the margins of systems shaped by efficiency, productivity, and the measurable. It begins with the fragile human being: the tender, the uncertain, the one who remains open to what cannot be resolved.

The works do not seek to represent. They seek to listen. They give form to what is sensed but not fully known, to what exists between certainty and speculation. At the heart of the practice lies a question: what might the whole human being be, beyond the signs by which we define worth, achievement, and belonging?

This is not a search for identity, but for connection — for the invisible threads that might still be shared between us. A gesture toward what we carry together, beneath the structures that separate us. For some, religion offers a language for this longing. For others, neither belief nor the promises of capital provide an answer. What remains is the act of searching itself: a quiet movement through uncertainty.

My work inhabits this space of searching. It is an attempt to approach belonging through attentiveness, vulnerability, and a reverence for our shared existence. Through these encounters, even if only momentarily, another possibility emerges: a more humane world. A place where we listen, where we recognize, where we encounter one another through presence.
